You are telling about Take home salary calculated. gross -employer = net salary . according calculation gross -employe deduction will get net take home... please confirm me....

Medam! Your excel sheet is good. But you did not define properly what is Gross Salary and its break-up and CTC. And also you ignored TDS if appliable to any employee. As for my concern CTC = Gross Salary + Employers contribution; Employers contribution = PF@12% but not Admin Charges of 1%(Practically companies are not including in CTC regarding to admin Charges, Of course if it includes not a problem, but practically companies not including within the CTC). And also you are not explained the break up of Gross Salary. Before amendment of labor code, Basic should be minimum 40% or Maximum 50% of Gross Salary, DA shall be Minimum 5% or Maximum 10% of Basic Salary and HRA shall be Minimum 40% or maximum 50% of Basic Salary and CA and MA are hidden conditions of Standard Deductions and all the remaining allowances are based on benefit of tax(not all the level of employees), companies will design the salary break up of Gross Salary. If you explained in this way, more advantageous to all the viewers. But Your videos are almost all are good. Thats why I subscribed your channel. Thanking You.

Mam mujhe ek baat ki tension ho rahi maine embassy me total tast clear kar diye hai aur mere liye Pay slip ke baare jankari 288000 di hai but meri pay slip CTC 240000 hai joki inhand 16587 aati hai. Toh kya mujhe Embassy wale reject toh nahi kar denge ( Embassy CTC 443759/-) hai
