man I'm loving this shit! for half of my life time I've been a heavy smoker and for the past year I've been going to the gym on and off, sometimes 5 times a week, sometimes I take a week off. I ate crappy food, drank alcohol. But once I stopped smoking (three weeks free of that shit now), I've been dedicating myself to eating right and I've been going to the gym every fucking day, and in only three weeks I've already noticed a big change in stamina and my appearance, I'm already getting cut in my biceps and triceps, I'm loving this shit. I don't know if C.T. Fletcher is a genius or a lucky bastard to have found some of the greatest secrets of success, looks like a bit of both. I see other successful people saying some of the same things, talking about dreaming, being enthusiastic, being obsessed, having heart, determination, etc. Even the commanding your biceps to grow thing is quite genius. It looks silly, but that shit is definitely effective. Also the part where he says: this is too easy, and proceeds to explain why the hell it's so easy and how he's upset about it. When you pour emotion into something it enhances the effects. Sure it's a lot of profanity, but who cares, true profanity is the emotion behind it. The emotion behind C.T. Fletcher's profanity is determination, self-discipline etc. When someone is talking about something that is pissing them off, like how they want to kill their worst enemy, the feeling you get from their profanity is vastly different. As such, I like C.T. Fletcher's profanity, and I'm jealous of his determination. I was planning on skipping my workout today due to a sore back... but you know.. after watching this, and his other motivation video.. fuck it... I'm gonna work out as soon as I get home, even though it will be near midnight.
