@@aw6674 yea but that's becuase their motto is to make the watch as expensive as possible. They could make damn identical watches I'd they wanted to and sell them at a retail price of 10-20k dollars. What they should so to fix their image as a pretentious garbage brand among so many is they should drop a watch in that range. Just a time only RM in their normal style but with a third party movement and a steel case for example. It would sell better than the moonswatch if they would be available. I mean Rolex certainly doesn't damage their image by selling oyster perpetuals. Brands need to stop being idiotic just to appease the top 0.01% that can pay ridiculous prices for watches.

I personally think Richard Mille watched aren't that appealing as far as look... but that being said... that is on par with them and might even look better because the color combination is fire. Surprised it actually had sapphire.

The issue with RM is that their motto essentially is "how can we produce something as ineffectively and expensively as possible, and then how much can we overprice the product?". I get it if it wasn't all their watches but even ap makes a relatively well priced watch at retail and their watches are just as hard if not harder to make with all the hand finishing. Don't even get me started in grand Seiko. Their watches are probably also harder to make than RM but they're made intelligently unlike RM.

I have always been unsure of the RM design. However I spent about $20 on a " Pin Time " chrono a month ago from Ali Express. Its a bit of a chunk but its actually nice to wear, easy to read and for the price of a couple of pints of beer how wrong can you go ? Whist mine is a lot less spec than you its never going to be a daily wear watch. I dont think I could find the $599 for the one you have
