I’m very very tired of hearing “full out” yet not a single stunt goes up. Not even an attempt. There is no way stunts can hit at competition if they are never doing them consistently at practice. It’s the same thing every year with this team. I just want to see them do so much better. I want them to leave the mat being proud of the routine they performed. Discipline has improved a lot since previous seasons. Not perfect but it’s getting there. Rooting for you guys.

They are progressing really well in those stunt groups. I think the conditioning is paying off. They could barely get/keep some of the girls in the air before. Especially Phoenix's group, I was worried she would have to come out of the air. Now they are looking pretty good! Definitely showing that they have the potential to have good stunting this season.

One of the best practices I’ve seen, I think things will only get better for the team! The conditioning is definitely building skill and more discipline. It’s a work in progress, some girls just need to show more hunger and eagerness :)

I love the girls and what these ladies and gentlemen are trying to do with this organization…..BUT the structure and discipline is just not there for them to be the best they can be. If it’s just for fun okay ig but if you want to be a competitive team you must practice and compete on that level at all times. They have the potential but they must put in the work!! The girl in the pink dunks must not want to be there because she wasn't even tight or squeezing when flying. For them to be a level 3 and not even hitting libs, it's ridiculous. The coaches constantly said to go full out and not one person was tight, showing facials, pointing toes, hitting stunts, or tumble passes. I don't know if the girls are serious about competing or if they think it's a game, but they aren't winning with what's being shown. They need more discipline and structure. I love watching the videos but something has to give.
