I count myself extremely lucky to be the owner of the 007 chest. I agree with your assessment to the T. Altho mine for the most part is a plain design the knife is incredible. No flaw anywhere whatsoever. Amazing knives can't wait to hop on there books for a svarn as well

Нож замечателен!👍👍👍.Простота обслуживания, а главное толщина клина 3, 3 мм , и шайбы! .А то уже замучили эти (подшибники ).Нож который предназначен для реза, толщина клинка самое то 😉, а то на большинстве ножей, толщина лезвия 4 мм, а то и больше это перебор. (...Это -же не тактик)

Порадовало исполнение деталей, сблизи всё отлично. Особенно как сделана шейка для темляка, на фотографиях не обращал внимания. Да и форма карбоновых деталей на фотография не видна была. Именно сочетание верхней и нижней "фаски". А вот техноузор на вставке как-будто смущает, нет ему оправдания чтоли, как на широгоровых непонятно для чего))) но хорошее место для поиграться)) например сделать лабиринт и гонять в нем шарик)

Given a choice with all else being equal, that is: same quality, brand, design, materials, whatever - I’ll always take bearings over washers. In fact, I’d even go so far as to sacrifice weight, effectiveness, and efficiency, if that’s what it took to get bearings.

"Included Packaging". Make no mistake, the consumer is paying for all these extras in the overall cost of the knife. Ive always been of the opinion of "give me less stuff and make it cost less"

I don't know how much this knife costs in your country, but believe me, all these additions cost very little compared to the cost of custom quality. The whole point of this knife is in its blade and heat treatment.

JrFreak They’re not. One sits in the slot up top, and while the other one sits down with the knife, the knife came wrapped in the cloth. You’ll notice in the closeups, there wasn’t a mark anywhere on the knife.

No jim,m390 at 63HRC is not insanity,1084 at 67 HRC is insanity. It's harder than usual but not insane.

CBI Knives Target for M390 is 60-62 which is already quite a variance. Pushing to 63 may not sound like much, but it is. “Insanity” may not have been the best phrasing, but it is on the top end of what this steel is made for.
