This only works if you first mount the master cylinder upside-down also, or else it can't pump fluid from the reservoir. But you can probably bleed them by placing the car on one side and bleeding the bottom brake cylinder, followed by placing the car on the opposite side and again bleeding the bottom brake cylinder.

I always do one side then the other so this doesn't happen 💁‍♂️ This answers a big ? mark I had years ago, a friend came over my house with his car and said his pedal was soft. I just figured he stepped on pedal too hard and mixed air and fluid when bleeding brakes. I bleed brakes at master cylinder and everything was fine. This never crossed my mind and it was cold outside and didn't want to crawl under car. The calipers being on the wrong side is a problem because the bleeder screw is below the brake hose. Bleeder needs to be on the top so the air can bubble up and out when bleeding. Hard to force air bubbles down, they tend to want to rise.

Since I couldn't understand why he was having a problem over the phone I went to his location. It took a few minutes of me attempting to bleed the system until realizing the grade of the road the car was on trapped air in the system. Leveled out the components then walla back in business. When I lived in the rust belt the bleeders would break off so I would take a piece of wood in-between the caliper and have it suspended to have the brake line at the highest point and bleed them with the hose bolts. As long you get the air out of the system the brakes are bled. Unless you want to spend time trying to drill out bleeder screw's.
