Interesting.. I thought the big advantage of CTA5 was the ability to work vector characters.. so you can import, but cant export???

Technically you can work with vector characters if you are making your own because you have the source vector project files to make customizations etc. What you can't do is directly export other developer's characters from CA5 into your vector editor and modify them... hence this workaround video. My understanding is that Reallusion is trying to fix this but different software handles vector files differently. It's not as straight forward as exporting a PSD file.

Make sure your version of Cartoon Animator is the 5.02 update. The ability to launch a vector character as a PSD was added with this update. If your version is 5.01 or less Launch PSD will not be active.
