Don’t expect it, earn it by being the right person for the job, not because you have something different about you. There is gay,lesbian, trans and last but always the least straight people here, of every color and gender… what more can you ask for before it’s just every color and no interaction. It’s about the work someone does/social personality so shine and you will be on here, no matter the color or gender you are. I see no straight white woman here and that’s okay, I’m not getting upset that while everyone else is being represented, I am not anymore. That’s fine, do the work and you’ll get there, I don’t expect to have a role on this episode cuz I’m a white woman, I’d except to only get it if I was good in front of the camera and had a charm that reflects onto those around me. I’d like to say that the guy that did the worm would have gotten an automatic 1 as he did the most attractive thing dance well. I was in awe of his excellent execution of the worm. It was done with confidence, pride and really well! It was also quite unique in the sense that style suits best in freestyle for dance off moments like in the movie white chicks. He also was more serious and introverted. His fashion sense needs a lot of work but removing the unlikeable varsity jacket actually made him more attractive. I love men that talk as needed however, I wish he talked abit more - he’s giving an air of being aloof. The conventionally attractive guy had great style until you got to the shoes - he could’ve done combat boots or like beige loafers. Personally, attraction is more than just looks. He’s pretty too look at but, he’s too tall for me. Personally, all he was offering was just looks and no personality so- that’s grounds for low ranking.

When people here talk about working for Amazon, we're usually talking about folks on the software side, where an entry level job starts at $138,000/yr(!) - totally different from warehouse workers. So as a local, I understood that she was dissing highly paid "tech bros," but I get how anyone outside of Seattle would hear that and think she's talking down to blue collar warehouse workers. That's a good example of how different perspectives can give us totally opposite interpretations of the same line, which I suppose is what these Cut videos are all about

I think I got a little defensive cause I have friends who work at or have worked for Amazon as pickers while going to school or teaching themselves how to code, so I know how hard they work If I'm being perfectly honest, I saw a blonde white girl who said cringe and that definitely played a big part in my initial take, which wasn't fair of me.
