She was unfairly ostracized for how she expressed her love, but now, she’s finally met someone who accepts her.* *Uraraka is amazing. And this isn’t even the first time I’ve cried because of how great she is. Between this and her speech last season… :,)*

Nah bro I SOBBED watching this. Toga's story makes me so fucking sad. Literally just a young girl who wanted to be loved and accepted and was treated like a monster for it. She's been on my brain 24/7 ever since this episode came out. I'm literally beside myself. All she ever wanted to do was express her love to others. i watched this episode three times: once by myself, once with my best friend, and once again by myself afterwards. i cried like a baby every single time. i've commented before both on this channel and on many other about how much i love Toga and how much she means to me, and this moment is the culmination of everything perfect about her. she's such a tragically beautiful girl, and she deserved everything in the world and more. she finally heard the ONE thing that she has ever wanted to hear in her whole damn life Himiko Toga will always be the girl with the cutest smile in the entire world

This was a great episode, some people misunderstood this episode as proof toga likes ochaco or the other way around but toga got even more focused on ochaco because they both liked deku

When she meet ochaco and tsu she was begging for friendship the entire time. When she realized Ochaco like Izuku, she thought "Yes I have a female that we can agree on things." Her heart was crying for love so much, and it's interesting she targeted the two biggest dorks that once you talk to them long enough, they would embrace you. He parents failed so hard

Seeing how villains became to be makes me feel so much for them if you’re being misunderstood and mistreated your whole life that alone enough to make u want to be what ppl made u out to be but same time the league of villains and specifically shigaraki mostly like an anti hero I get him I like how stain now remains a simple spectator now seein how things goes because he supports neither villains or heroes but he does have high admiration for all might and the only guy we all really dislike is afo who is part of why society is corrupted that both shigaraki and league as well as heroes are fighting against while clashing eachother

I cry again every time I see a clip of this episode 🥲 Btw! In an interview, Uraraka's VA said she cried while recording the scene! This is taken from the interview: *Q: What were your feelings during the recording, including the interactions with Fukuen Misato-san(Himiko's VA)?* "A: I cried throughout the recording. During the recording, I could barely see the words on the script, and I have little memory of it. Only the face of Toka from the storyboard is imprinted in my mind. It felt more like I was living as the character than acting. I don't remember much about the numerous retakes. I don't know which take was chosen until the broadcast. During breaks, I felt reassured by the encouragement from my seniors, but then I would return to the script, feel pain for the characters, and cry again. Fukuen-san, with a clear expression, asked me why I was crying so much, and that made me feel even worse. After the recording, I walked alone through the city and continued to cry."
