Cutting Inner Wheel Wells on a E90 BMW

I decided to cut the inner lip of my wheel wells to get a bit more clearance for my tires. The factory putty behind the lip keep the lip from being rolled over very far. The sawzall worked much better than the cutoff grinder. The cutoff grinder produced a lot of heat and started to peal the paint.

I’m in the process of tracking my one, just wondering what your alignment settings were? Toe, camber ?

Whats ur tire width?

In the picture I'm running JNC030 18x10 ET30 wheels front & rear, Hankook RS4 265/35-18 front 265/40-18 rear. In the past I've run 275/35 in the rear.

@@sgsgent thx, 275 in the rear would rub right? I heard 265 is max u can go.

@@branchprediction9923 Mine don't rub. The fenders are cut and rolled. Also different model years require different offsets.
