Dr pls do a video of isolate whey protein for women . im 28 years old and i have PCOS can i take whey protein as i need to build my thighs and buttocks and am doing exercises as well. As only drinking whey proteine does not help to build and we must combine with exercises as well. Dr pls do a video .
