I have a doubt! when I check some old-time pictures of Ceylonese, their look healthy, strong muscle and slim body. when we observe the foods consumed mostly unrefined starchy (carbs) related diet. Seldom they eat flesh, only on special occasions, etc. What do you think of it?.

A good thought.they consumed unrefined carbs,they worked hard.they didn’t have 3 meals a day.actually they were on intermittent fasting most of the time.those are the reasons for them to have strong slim bodies.
