Cyclone Belal causes chaos in Mauritius, France's La Reunion assesses damage

Tropical cyclone Belal caused heavy flooding and at least one death in Mauritius on Tuesday.
The storm forced several hospitals to close their emergency departments, and all non-essential workers were ordered to stay home.
Meanwhile, the French island of La Reunion lifted a cyclone alert Tuesday as the storm had moved away from the island and no longer posed a threat, authorities said.
Authorities urged citizens to take the necessary precautions and stay at home.
