I cooked this today mate. I used chicken stock instead of water (only cause it was in the fridge) I chucked in 3 garlic cloves as well. bloody best stew I've done in the camp oven, the garlic pepper is now my new favourite spice. !

Hi, I am brown from Korea. I am currently living in Australia. And I am a chef, so I am very interested in food, but I don't know what traditional Australian food is. I came to Australia and asked many aussies about Australian food, but I couldn't get the answer. Do you think so, too? Australia doesn't have its own traditional food.
@DadandMee4 жыл бұрын
G'day Brown, thank you for visiting my channel ,mate the reason there is no specific traditional Australian food is because Australians are made up of many different cultures, so each region of Australia tends to enjoy food from their original countries, also because of TV and internet the young people under 30 years old tend to want to eat American food rather than traditional old style food. I hope this helps mate, have a great day 😃
