Trying this workout for 10 or 14 DAYS! (together with everyday abs workout) ✅ DAY 1: I love it! It's pretty easy and I get a hang of it quickly! (will do another set!) ✅ DAY 2: WOW! I REALLY LOVE THIS WORKOUT! Will do another set!! 💗 (I'm seeing changes already omg!) ✅ DAY 3: I GOT PERIOD CRAMPS TODAY😭 BUT I WILL STILL DO ONE SET! 💗 ❎ DAY 4: Didn't do it today! My cramps got worse! But I'll try it later in the evening and update again! 😊 ✅ DAY 5: I DID IT! WILL DO TWO MORE WORKOUTS TODAY! 💗 ✅ DAY 6: I did it again today! I also tried different workouts from lilly sabri! I will do it again before I sleep ^^ ✅ DAY 7: I did it in the evening before I sleep! ❎ DAY 8: I didn't do it because I let my body and muscle rest for a while! I'M SEEING CHANGES ALREADY OMG! 😱 ✅ DAY 9: I only did the everyday abs workout today to let my muscle rest a bit! ❎ DAY 10: decided to rest my body for a bit! *RESULTS: WOW I'M SHOCKED ABOUT THE RESULTS! Ive been doing this for a year and 2 months now!! Ive been more fit then ever !!! I also do stage 9 swimming once a week and walk atleast 45 - 1 hour everyday and ive barely been unwell , i ended up swimming 800 metres in 30 minutes recently without stopping!!!!! Starting measurements of day one: waist: 34 lower belly: 38 (i was on day 2 of period so I was pretty bloated this day) day one: done day two: 10th exercise hurt my back so i did 9 that time day three: done day four: did it half-ass because i was really sunburned day five: done, also walked my dogs because im back in town day six: i got whiplash from someone swiping my car who i sadly did not catch day seven: neck was still hurting :( did not do it day eight: done but did it slowly measurements after one week: waist: 31 lower belly: 38 Day nine: did it i feel like I'm regressing lol it was really hard today and I haven't seen too much results but I'm gonna keep trying. Gonna start doing it twice a day ! Day ten: done once so far Day eleven: done Day 12: skipped i was way too exhausted to do it Day 13: done still the same measurements

gonna try this for 2 weeks! (along with my own custom workout- and some days an add on Lilly workout or 2) Day 1: I love that the exercises r simple and easy to do yet still give you a good burn!! Def worked up a sweat, had to take a little break but I’m proud of myself! (No add on but I did my own workout well!) Day 2: I’m disappointed in myself bc I told myself I wld do one of Lilly’s workouts in the morning but I had zero motivation and overall wasn’t feeling good :( although I just did my own personal workout and this one! I’m rlly glad bc IK I worked hard since I’m literally sweating bullets rn LOL Day 3: agh I forgot to log this day!! still working up a sweat w this workout and I added something to my regular workout! Day 4: ugh I’m disappointed in myself- I skipped today and I only did half of my regular workout :( I had no motivation or energy to do anything :( Day 5: omg I ate SM junk food today- not very happy w myself, I’m def gonna try to eat healthier and drink more water bc I think that’s been my biggest issue- I did my full regular workout! Although I was super sore- then I did this one, still breaking a sweat!! the struggle is real, but IK that the burn is a good thing :) maybe Monday I’ll actually try to add another one of Lilly’s workouts to my routine!! okay so it’s been like a month- no I have not been keeping up w this workout- I kinda stopped working out as a whole and I’ve been going through a lot and have been very busy this past month but I’m gonna try this challenge again!! I hardly comment but lemme just say: I do this along with model abs & flat stomach, daily hourglass waist, top 10 pilates abs workout and everyday lower abs released some time ago by lily sabri. I do them one after the other every morning with a 1 min rest in between. And let me just say the results are fricking unbelievable Like my waist is smaller and my stomach fat and lower belly fat are poof, gone. Like lilly sabri says it 'its fricking phenomenal '🤩😍😍 I definitely recommend 😘

Just want to remind people that doing this workout will not necessarily help you lose belly fat as you cannot spot reduce fat, so don’t be put down if you don’t see results you want

@@jaskirtbasra8811 Adding to Mi Planlos, it’s about your diet and nutrition as well as genetics. There could be a possibility you aren’t able to get the flat stomach you want purely due to genetics, however I hate that fact and sort of just believe I *can* do it if I put my mind to it lmao

I love this workout. I'm coming up on my 30 days, and I've seen some results. But mine might take longer than others to see there's but that's because I have pcos. But just because I have pcos, I'm not going to give up. And I have pots, so my heart beats way too fast, and it's hard for me to move in different positions really fast. But I'm tired of not trying to look how I want. I am determined to exercise even if my autoimmune diseases make it a little hard.

Day 1: Did a LOT of modifications and my neck HURTS :( my core is weak yall Woke up next day -> slightly sore, we shall see how it affects the workout Day 2: HELL.
