the length of silence between talking is fantastic. You have a very calm voice that isn’t startling when you speak after a silence. And the absolute silent background is perfect. New sub here.

There were so many good things happening this morning, from the time I woke this morning feeling strong and confident to right now where I feel happy, proud, clear-minded, etc.etc. You people at DTM probably have an understanding about the wonderful and positive effects that your meditations can bring about.

This meditation this morning was special in that I felt positive but was for a moment aware of feeling worried in the mildest sense but feeling detached from the worried feeling which I consider a moment of progress. No further explanations required! Wish you guys and gals all my best!

Today, this meditation was special. I awoke this morning after having a deep sleep with a feeling of calm. The first meditation I did today was for the relief of extreme anxiety. I answered my own question, that not caring about memorizing these meditations was more relaxing. In fact, that not caring was the best way to not worry! This all makes sense, doesn't it? These meditations were done with an ease that I never experienced before. Now, I'm off to have my breakfast. Wish me Good Luck and Thank you. ADB,MD

This morning, I experienced something a little different. It was a feeling of relaxation and non-judgmental being that continued throughout the meditation. Even, my hand tremor seemed to be absent! It was the state of being non-judgmental that pleased me so much and was so new to me. I am so appreciated to DTM for all the benefits you bring to me each day. What more can I say? ADB,MD

Acceptance does not mean keeping your cool by fighting or resisting what you feel but accepting what you feel by practicing these meditations over and over so that we eventually notice that we can accept as many of these feelings we can by letting them just be, because we have learned to learned to let them go away by themselves. When your mind is wandering don't criticise yourself. Just return your attention back to your breath. It really is your home base for a safe harbor!

A useful idea suggested in this meditation is to focus your thinking on how you feel, even if it is undesireable, instead of fighting to change it. This awareness of troubling moods or feelings with curiousity seems to dissipate the strength of the feeling and weaken it to the extent that it is no longer bothersome. I would love to hear other peoples' comments on this experience! Thanks and Good Luck for a wonderful and easy day!

Hey, you people. Have you ever started this meditation in April during a bad allergy season? You start this meditation and then realize that you forgot to clear your nose and you know how important breathing is to meditation? What do you do with this type of Distraction? You know you have to stay in the moment! Who or what are you going to blame? But you know you are not to be judgmental! You know you are supposed to be detached! Oh well, such is Life!

Life, liberty, and.............Just Be. I have come to realize that feelings often are without explanation and Will Not Change every time you turn your attention to them. Acceptance really means keeping your cool in spite of anything that you are experiencing, even if new and different, and knowing that This Too Shall Pass. Hi .....I subscribed to the paid version of the app and suddenly it's become unresponsive(no internet or server down). The internet's definately there, so I need to hear from you about the server issue. Please resolve this as my daily meditation practice is getting affected. If you could post a complaint number, or an email id, it would be great. Thanks
