I finished yourr 30 day couch to handstand course. I find this has really helped me to build on my hand balance and upper body strength. Once I'm more confident, I'm going to follow one of your classes that will take me into a 'free' handstand away from the wall. Thank you. I'm really enjoying your classes. 😊

I find it so hard to push my shoulders after like 10 seconds 😅 my body starts too feel to heavy

I find it gets easier very soon. If you do this 3 days in a row and then take a break, it will feel super light.
