Definitely going to try that wall stretch. Looks more efficient and scalable than laying the spine along a foam roller with weights in hand

Many thanks to you Gabo. I've been excersising for last five years folowing your chanel. I don't measure my level, but being able to do confident press straddle, jump tu tuck handsrand, pancake and some other things. Still can't fully unlock front split. Hopefully one day I'll meet the whole team in Miami. 👍

Hey Gabo, if I want to train under you in person in your academy/workspace, how do I go about it? I was working out on my own and injured my right wrist. Still nursing the injury and can't workout for about 6 weeks already and possibly it would take more time. I would rather pay a premium to get the correct guidance rather than injure myself again. Please reply. Thanks

Hey man, i just wanted to thank you for all the content that you are providing for free here on youtube. I encountered your channel for the First time in 2020 and by now i have followed your routines probably hundreds of times and stretching has become a very regular habit for me. Hey Gabo, i have got a little question. Is it possible to train the upper back (Trapezius and Lat) with Yoga? The training of the front part (chest and shoulder) feels much more intensive than training at the back side. I am a little afraid of getting musculare disbalances. Should i add some clasic fitness exercices (pull-up, etc.) to my training or is there some Yoga Asanas wich train the back side like the front side (with i train wich push ups, etc.)?

Can i ask you something? what did it cost you to build a studio like this? including rent and the pullup rigs and everything. And did you need a loan for that? i want to build a small gym like yours for shooting training programs. but i dont know how much this would cost me. and how much space would i need to be able to film myself without running out of space to pull my camera far enough back t get into the frame.

It's probably too controversial because some people in his comments are vegans and many are not and for the most part, you should eat what you like just make sure it isn't processed junk, and compress your feeding window between four and eight hours and you will unlock a lot of benefits from autophagy. Muscles are fat burning factories so definitely consuming of protein to maintain your muscle but again you should eat what you like so then it is not a diet, it is nutrition and you will be able to stick to it

Can i do this after my workout for full body flexibility and mobility (I'm doing this every day but confused about if I should I do on my working day, I have been doing upper body flexibility and mobility routine by Alex crocford and lower body by Chris heria on my workout days, so I'm confused if I should replace this with those stretch videos)

Your legs are in use everyday so they already have a lot of slow twitch muscle fibers to handle working every single day so I don't think these movements are going to interfere with any fast twitch training. Lot of these movements like crawling are really good for getting the blood flow in and getting the nerve to brain awareness route programmed better
