I just recently found your channel and trust me in just 2 days i have watched all tye videos... Just to let you know how you motivated me... Last night I came back from my work.. I m a news anchor and I have a one year old baby girl. She slept early yesterday some how around 8 as soon as I came back. I was tired after coming back from work. But suddenly I felt my room was messy. I organize the cupboard , cleaned, fold the clothes etc till 11:00 . My husband thought I have gone crazy. I remebered my first pregnancy days so Fit and healthy feeling until delivery. After six months post delivery that energy went away and never came back. No matter how much I try. I do all the things but like not in an enthusiastic way just for doing. Even After delivery upto six months there was no problem but after that something just went away from my body and made me feel lazy all the time. U are doing great.
