I wish I could’ve been as fresh and never poisoned my body with cigarettes alcohol drugs. To me I feel like what you can do is miraculous I’m a 44yr old mum of 4 boys and feel horribly rundown have done for years and I don’t know why I wanted to say all this but seeing what you can do is amazing and anyone reading this thinking they can’t be fit and healthy like this🙏🏼take control before it’s too late don’t pollute your body and do these routines don’t just wish you’d tried just do it🌸much love and respect💕

The still meditation at the end, pushing up from the right side, is a blessing to those of us with some arthritis. I remember my 85 year old aunt in her 50s needing assistance to rise from a sitting position. Auntie J worked two jobs after her now late husband became disabled from a brain aneurysm. I really wonder, though, had she taken some time for something for herself like a Tai Chi or yoga class if she would have had more flexibility and mobility. Thank you so much for bringing this hour long session of an amazing mind body wellness path.

You do not need to do 21 times. Just practice and do repeat how many times that you like depends on your time you have. Even you just do few animals movements , like frog, and dragon, and you can repeat 5 times, 10 times of each , it' fine to do that.. Just follow what you need. Thank you
