I have just started practising these movements and I noticed that my breathing is more stabilised after the routine, and also I feel energised and fresh. Thank you so much for sharing this with the world !!

Thank you Man Tu. This is a fun yet challenging routine for my balance! I have a request: when you express the more meditative parts of this meditation your voice becomes very soft (whisper) and I can't hear it. Might it be possible to make the audio audible throughout the routine? I would like to hear your words of inspiration! Thank you.

Thank you...this is definitely a great start to any day. Intend to practice every day until I get it right....it's tricky as I'm learning from a tiny screen, but by practice this is going to be amazing to do easily after the work. :) Thank you....🌼

Can you do qigong sitting down? Can you dova video of sitting exercises? I have Pots Syndrome a n d can only stand for few minutes at a time. Thank you.

Thanks alot ❤️ good man.... Spreading good and healthy information with people .... I have some nerves damages and blockage issues.... Numbness in brain and whole body also .. drowning and brain fog 🌫️ issues... What exercises are helpful to heal my nerves and brain .... ❤️❤️ I will be thankful for this kind help 🎉
