If you add stretching to your daily routine, you're going to very quickly notice that you feel better overall and recover quicker following workouts. It's a must!

Nooooo, these types of stretching should be after, before a game you should lunge, high knees, butt kicks, those kinds of warm ups, if you do these before a game, you are at a much higher risk of injury trust me ive pulled my hamstring twice doing these before

It's an isometric contraction that helps your body become more comfortable in that stretched position. That way you can use that new range of motion during workouts or games. Hope that helps.

@deepgame I rarely stretch and hav noticed over the years my jumping ability decrease and flexibility worsen. Can doing this daily help my flexibility a gud amount?

Hey I’ve been slowly trying to convince my dad that I really want to do basketball. I’ve played baseball my entire life and I don’t think my dad want me to do basketball. I’ve tried to show him no days off where they say if so and so is trying to get better we have got to get better but he just won’t understand. Somebody pls help and let me know how I convince him. I really want to play basketball.
