@@WellWithHelsdo you have any good stretches for the spot above your knee? i think it’s called the quadriceps, i’ve been doing a lot of basketball and i need some good stretches just for shooting/jumping so the arms and legs do you have any?

Calling out all ballers, deep hip stretches you need these in your life early!!! I suggest pausig the video every time you feel it working...

I lift weights with my 14 year old baller. I put this in to our morning pre-worout... its ugly/wobbly right now, but beneficial. Thank you.

This is amazing for any basketball player or any sports. I wish I started doing yoga earlier because after a game you are dead out so I feel like if I did this I would feel much better the next day. Ima start doing this after every workout. Thanks for the great workout!

I've been battling injuries in my knee and hip flexor for years, and this is by far the best flow I've discovered for the wear and tear specific to basketball.

Why i did not find you earlier? 😅 i am in my mid 30's and can feel the toll on my knees and ankles after every game. This helped tremendously after the game. Should i do this eveyday?

just got back into basketball after 3 years, my body has been in bits since and then i found this video! I found it very tough haha! If you see this would you be able to let me know if I should be doing this daily/for recovery or specifically on training days as a post session cool down?

Question! What do I do when I am so inflexible that I cant execute the exercise right? Should i stop this routine and look for something easier? Should i push through it? Will my Flexibility increase with repetion or is there a base Level of flexibility needed to do this Workout?

Hey! I would say do what you can without pushing too hard... I have this beginners playlist you might enjoy: kzbin.info/aero/PLp-raoJMr1IN3iYE0pDn1sxDf_gHHNJ34 And also a "Slow + Gentle" playlist, moving a bit slower through poses will hopefully give you more time to find the right stretch for you :) Your flexibility will increase with practise, time and patience. Hey! Rather than sit back on the heels, tuck toes in your all-fours position and use your hands to press back to feel the stretch.... This can be much more accessible :) There's also a standing version which I will add to the next basketball video that goes up! x
