My chiropractor is also a certified yoga instructor, and he said that yoga is the best thing that someone can do because yoga releases a lot of trauma that is connected to the muscles or something like that.

In 68 years of my life, I've learned that the worst adversity a child can go through is also the challenging springboard that can launch them on the path to activating their self-empowerment & regained wholeness. There is a hidden gift in all adversity, but you must dig deep to claim it. Life is not about acquisition of things or accolades. Life is really about removing impediments to the full expression of your inner light shining through to the world.

DDP needs to get man of year award for helping people achieve these changes and challenges not only outside of the square circle but also inside of the square circle it all started with Jake Roberts who he idolized and then he helping the everyday person who felt they never thought they would achieve. He help them achieve physically but more mentally.

You really need give some credit to the people who actually did the work. Jake Roberts succeeded because he finally hit rock bottom, and was ready. Scott Hall had been through numerous rehab stints paid for by WWE, succeeded the last time because he was ready. Candi McCarthy succeeded because she was finally ready to put the work in and make the change. IMHO, they deserve at least as much credit as he does, and maybe even more.

At around 2 min 46 seconds, the words popped into my mind, "She's just so precious ". And you are, hon. Every baby girl is born to be shown she is precious Infinitely valuable and a gift. I'm sorry your mama was consumed with her issues and distorted thinking. Because you needed and deserved her to be your best ally in life, your biggest fan. And I'm sorry for your mama too. Because she missed experiencing the great joy of seeing your worth and getting to share in it. I am so proud of you for your newfound path. May you be increasingly aware that God is near. Okay this really hit home. My highest weight is 254, my goal weight is 154 for a 100 pound weight loss and also 154 was a fit and healthy weight for me when I was that. I am currently at your starting weight. The fact that after only 6 months you are at that weight is amazing. Your saying that I can reach my goal weight in 6 months? Amazing!!!

This is very inspirational. I'm 6'1" and weigh 280. I was 300 lbs. before. I lost some then gained some back. I'm trying to get back to 220 when I was fit and worked out in my younger day. I'm also 39 years old... so this told me I can too. It's never to late. I been called a loser and everything else. Thank you for showing me I CAN.

Ppl always look at others and think they're not enough bc I'm not as good as x person. Girl, u had heroin in ur system when u were born, u were never given confidence, and u survived an alcoholic mom/parental suicide/breast cancer. It's like u started 50yrds back on a sprint, but look where u r now? U go girl!! Keep living and loving urself!
