As a recently converted long sprinter, I understand Dan's model of tendons being propulsive and muscles as stabilizers, but I think that is for the lower body. I feel that the upper body is arms for propulsion and core including shoulders for stability. When hitting top end my arms are driving the movement while everything else follows suit.

Can y’all make a video that shows the exercises you’re talking about? I’ve seen videos with Dan with Tony Holler and Kris but I still don’t really know what your workouts would look like. When you dropping weights are you talking about just shoulder exercises or are you talking about lifts like squats? I am going to try doing jumps following concentric exercises… I heard concentric then followed by polyps and the I’ve seen workouts from somewhere that showed ISO’s and then slow eccentric movements… not really sure of all the prescriptions from this philosophy and its adherents.
