No doubt the late mid to late 70s and the 80s, were, in my opinion, the golden era for music regardless of genre, from disco, rock, R&B, rap to jazz and latin music. There were so many great bands with awesome songs, unique sounds and styles of playing instruments that it was hard for a single to stay in the top as everybody sound so good, even album covers were so cool and fun, this is no longer present in today’s music. Such a happy song. I was 18 when this came out, enjoying carefree days and nights with my friends. Fantastic times! Sad that Dan left us too early.
