Billionaire financial coach Dan Peña sat down for his first-ever VladTV interview, where he opened up about his upbringing and being poor while growing up in the barrio in East Los Angeles. Peña went on to speak about growing his fortune and being worth $500 million by the time he was in his mid-40's. He also spoke about why he decided to become a financial coach and coaching people on how to become millionaires. Peña then spoke about coaching billionaires, which you can hear more about above.

My father was a successful business owner, not near a billionaire but upper middle class or a bit higher. He worked 12-16 hrs or more everyday, he was tough, honest and fair. A few times he said things to me you’d think damn that was harsh but in every instance I realized his words, while tough no nonsense, was exactly true. I’d rather hard truth than a pretty lie any day of the week. As for being successful he said “you have to be hungry and work harder and smarter than anyone else”. He was a great man and a good father.

He spoke, often, about focus and confidence....balls. He never gave up. He learned how to succeed by leveraging other ppls $$$. But ultimately, he sounds like he keyed in on his attributes and gifts as a hard working person who wanted to succeed. You have something you are passionate about. Adopt a no nonsense, by any means necessary attitude about it and focus until you get traction. Then focus some more and with hard work, you can achieve anything.

@@Nicosdayinthelife No problem. I've studied him for give-or-take 5 years now, he personally has a net worth of 300-480 million. He made his fortune within 17 months. (M&A via LBO, then liquidated his assets including his shares in Great Western LLC that he founded which was a Holdings company in Gas & Oil) He teaches a strategy for Leveraged Buyouts to Acquire distressed businesses, in which you look for motivated sellers. He first teaches to recruit a team of professionals that will help you close deals with ease. After your first deal is closed, which can take upwards of 6-12 months, or within 4 months if you are good and work your face off, the next deals are far easier to acquire and can take less than 3 months. Fast-forward, acquiring over 10-20 businesses in different locations, you merge them (roll up), and if the company is worth over 100M, you could go public via IPO. Some rather exit with a high EBITDA multiple, which depends on the sector and industry your company is in. some exit for 5-8 times, others up to 21 times. (21x100M=2.1B) all within 2-3 years. This is the recipe for wealth. The details such as scripts, the professionals, the letters, the emails, are all vital to close a deal. Without 1, it can screw things up. So this is what Dan Pena does. The reason he screams and cusses is that the majority of "men" that want to get mentored are snowflakes, weak, beta, pussies. And you need to be tough to be a leader. To control a team. Or else people will walk all over you. The reason he is called the trillion dollar man, is because his mentees gave him that nickname for all the deals that his mentees closed combined thanks to Dan and his strategy, they reached over a trillion dollars together. Dan's strategy was not invented by Dan Pena, but actually by Dale Carnegie. But only a handful of people in the world know this fact and know the strategy itself. A billion dollars can be made within years, 1 to XX years depending on you and your business.
