Francis got to the UFC and ran through everyone except Stipe like they were nothing, then got Stipe back. Scared DC into permanent retirement and scared Jones into waiting until he left the organization to come out and fight. Esentially outgrew the entire UFC heavyweight division and went onto bigger and better things, just to leave them all mad and talking about him.

I have a tremendous amount of respect for Dana White, but he seems to let fighters go easily when he feels they cant really make him money anymore, but gets angry with the ones that want to leave that still can make him money.
