This is perfect. Just getting back to the gym after COVID. I live in a small city Northern Canada so gyms were shut down. I have been working out for years but I still enjoy learning technique or anything I can to improve. Awesome!

in mid 90's when i was in the gym scene, i was squatting 405 x12 and would immediately crawl into the leg press already loaded and scream out 6 to 8 reps then slide off n make it to the leg extension and screamed it till i about threw up. One set to failure brought me to the strongest legs I had ever seen of anyone.

Mostly good information. The leg press depth though is not for everyone. This will depend on the shape of your hip socket and how your femur connects to it.
