Hope you enjoy this dancer legs and glutes workout! ☺️ If you find the side lying position uncomfortable for your hip, I'd recommend placing a blanket or something soft underneath your hip so you are nice and comfy. Have fun and let me know how you go in the comments below! ❤️

Hi Nicole! Love this one and just paired it with your lower body video. Do you think that with time it's possible to gain flexibility so that we can kick the leg back as far as you do in the move where we're on our side and kicking the leg forward and backward? I'm not going much farther past my glute because I think I'm then 'rocking' my upper body. Thank you!

I agree. It surprises me how much other workout leaders keep talking about how much something hurts or how hard it is. That is not inspiring and puts thoughts in my head that I wasn't having. I am so happy that you are enjoying the workouts! 🥰 I try to do a combination of yoga and pilates everyday, giving myself 1 day to rest or whenever I feel I need a rest day. During quarantine, I've been adding HIIT style training to my routine since I haven't been dancing. HIIT is great for building the stamina to do all those routines in Latin dance competitions. 😅 So lovely that you are a Latin Dancer too. 🥰 Sending you lots of love. ❤️
