Hope you enjoy this dancer legs and glutes workout! ☺️ If you find the side lying position uncomfortable for your hip, I'd recommend placing a blanket or something soft underneath your hip so you are nice and comfy. Have fun and let me know how you go in the comments below! ❤️

Hi Nicole! Love this one and just paired it with your lower body video. Do you think that with time it's possible to gain flexibility so that we can kick the leg back as far as you do in the move where we're on our side and kicking the leg forward and backward? I'm not going much farther past my glute because I think I'm then 'rocking' my upper body. Thank you!

I agree. It surprises me how much other workout leaders keep talking about how much something hurts or how hard it is. That is not inspiring and puts thoughts in my head that I wasn't having. I'll also thank you, Nicole, for your positive and gentle and peaceful flowing workouts. I finish rejuvenated.

Thanks Nicole, it was lovely. I am an instructor from Michigan USA. Using my covid hiatus to explore mind-body fitness a bit. I teach mainly strength and HIIT, I recently relocated and the market here is more suited to mind-body over intensity (not that these are easy by any means!) style workouts. Hi Nicole! Your videos remind me of Winsor Pilates (Mari Winsor), which are some of my all-time favoutire pilates routines! Hi Nicole, I’m brand new to Pilates and such a huge fan of your channel, I’ve done every single workout you’ve posted and I’m feeling amazing! Sending so much love from Canada 🇨🇦! Does Pilates generally include workout equipment? I’m wondering if I could add some light dumbbells/resistance bands for an extra push... (mind you, these workouts are super challenging on their own, so it’s totally not necessary!!) Thank you for your fantastic videos, can’t wait for the next one!! 🤗💪🏼

It really means a lot to me. Yes, Pilates can incorporate equipment like light hand weights, resistance bands, the Pilates ball and circle. I might create one with light hand weights soon because I think most people have access to light hand weights or can use something else around the house to act like weights haha! Love all your workouts, they are perfect for dancers! Being a latin dancer myself, what other types of cardio so you incorporate into your training schedule along side dancing? I am so happy that you are enjoying the workouts! 🥰 I try to do a combination of yoga and pilates everyday, giving myself 1 day to rest or whenever I feel I need a rest day. During quarantine, I've been adding HIIT style training to my routine since I haven't been dancing. HIIT is great for building the stamina to do all those routines in Latin dance competitions. 😅 So lovely that you are a Latin Dancer too. 🥰 Sending you lots of love. ❤️

I absolutely love your classes and do them 6 days a week missing them up each day 🙏 my body has changed and you can definitely see the results of Pilates thank you so much Nicole .
