Thank you for posting the video. I am an AT backpacker and on my last section hike I was in soooo much pain starting with my big toes which led to the balls of the feet. The pain was shocking, sharp, severe nerve pain that shot throughout my foot and up my calves. It was very, very difficult and painful to sleep at night due to the shooting pain. I just about ODd on Vitamin I and T. I have seen two podiatrist and they didn't help. The only problem with the felt dancer pad you have in a short time it flattens. Will try other harder gel pads and pay attention to the offloading area.

I have a question. Can I use a dancers pad on one foot and an orthotic on the other? I recently purchased (4 ) months ago orthotics for Hallux rigidus and now I’ve developed a numb spot next to my big toe on the opposite foot.

Good, but every time she went to show she had to put her foot down and the camera did not show where she was placing!
