Same was happening to me. Now I do calorie deficit “diet “ and work out 30 min a day. I did that couple years back and lost 40 lbs however I relapsed and gained it all back. Now staring a new health and weight loss journey best of luck

Wow. Sweated so much after this physical exercise. So hereby writing this comment I'm feeling really energized mind I say I weigh above 100kgs needed a break or 2 in btwn.i can't even survive 5 mins of cardio but did fabulous for 21 mins without taking a break. I make promise to myself and coach Deepti to do it for 30 days regularly. And make my body flexible and energetic like before. Want to be consistent and improve myself. Need everyone's support in this. And will try to give updates daily.

@@srisaienterprises1375 well the best part about this dance workout is you can do it at any flexible time of your day. I personally do it whenever I get free time but being consistent on the same time everyday is ideal. Not completely empty but after 2-3 hours of lunch maybe or 1-1.5 hours after light snacks. In the morning if you feel fatigue then have any fruit/nut and can do it easily. And your whole day will feel energetic. First few days I would get really tired and rest for 20-30 mins but now I enjoy and look forward to it each day.

I’ve been doing your workouts videos for the past week and my stomach is so defined and my waist got so much smaller. I loved this video so much! It went so fast and I enjoyed every minute of it!!! Definitely need more videos like this one!! I sweated a lot and felt so accomplished. To be honest I’ve been SEARCHING for YEARS!!! For videos to help me lose weight and get more toned. Last time I met my weight goal was 2018 but since then between being with first relationship to now in our fiancé era ( I don’t regret gaining weight because I’ve been the happiest I ever been in my life) and then covid hit… losing weight was kind hard but now I feel so happy to look forward to your videos!!
