Sooo aap ko Krna ye h ki morning me uthty hi halka garam paani peena h uske baad,half hour walk krna h fir walk se wapas aake 1 litre paani Lena h usme 1 chammach jeera ,1 chammach ajwain 1 chammach sauf aur thoda sa adrak ka tukda leke paka Lena h ,ok uske baad use ak glass me leke half lemon juice dalna h or fir pee Leena h ,uske 10 min baad hi aapko inki koe bhi 300 or 350 calorie burn krne wali 2 exercise karni h . Exercise krne ke baad aap koe bhi ek fruit kha le. ..jaise papaya, watermelon apple ,guava, pomegranate ok then uske 1 ghante baad aapko koe bhi sabzi Kam oil wali dal or 2 roti khani h....ok uske baad aap rest kr le thoda deer fir agar aapko beech me bhoog Lage to aap roast makana ya moongfali ya kuch healthy choose kre fir 4 baje tk wapas aadhe ghante ki walk kr le fir aapko Jo bhi khana h aap 7 baje se pahle pahle kha le.....uske baad 9 baje tk inki wahi exercise repeet kare ...in sha Allah aap ka bhi bahot jld weight loss hoga......😊

Same was happening to me. Now I do calorie deficit “diet “ and work out 30 min a day. I did that couple years back and lost 40 lbs however I relapsed and gained it all back. Now staring a new health and weight loss journey best of luck

I do 30 mins excercises from this channel 6 days a week. I walk around 18000 steps and also my place is quite hilly. Then I eat limited healthy diet. Lost 7 kgs in 45 days and am still following the same ❤

I’ve been doing your workouts videos for the past week and my stomach is so defined and my waist got so much smaller. I loved this video so much! It went so fast and I enjoyed every minute of it!!! Definitely need more videos like this one!! I sweated a lot and felt so accomplished. To be honest I’ve been SEARCHING for YEARS!!! For videos to help me lose weight and get more toned. Last time I met my weight goal was 2018 but since then between being with first relationship to now in our fiancé era ( I don’t regret gaining weight because I’ve been the happiest I ever been in my life) and then covid hit… losing weight was kind hard but now I feel so happy to look forward to your videos!! Definitely doing this one for several months!! 💕💕💕 you are AMAZING!!! So glad I found your Channel and so thankful your videos are helping me finally feel more fit and confident with my body again.

Wow. Sweated so much after this physical exercise. So hereby writing this comment I'm feeling really energized mind I say I weigh above 100kgs needed a break or 2 in btwn.i can't even survive 5 mins of cardio but did fabulous for 21 mins without taking a break. I make promise to myself and coach Deepti to do it for 30 days regularly. And make my body flexible and energetic like before. Want to be consistent and improve myself. Need everyone's support in this. And will try to give updates daily.

@@srisaienterprises1375 well the best part about this dance workout is you can do it at any flexible time of your day. I personally do it whenever I get free time but being consistent on the same time everyday is ideal. Not completely empty but after 2-3 hours of lunch maybe or 1-1.5 hours after light snacks. In the morning if you feel fatigue then have any fruit/nut and can do it easily. And your whole day will feel energetic. First few days I would get really tired and rest for 20-30 mins but now I enjoy and look forward to it each day.

I did aerobics on ur past videos,but I like this one most, because I got so much sweat by this one...and in 3 days my belly got slim ... P.s. I also do yoga from many years that's why I don't have too much fat on my belly..so please don't mis confuse audience by my "3 days workout"

Thank you very much for the great fitness sessions. I don't have to lose weight, but I am happy to shape my body through the exercises and dances. And the routines have a positive side effect: my back pain has become significantly less!!! I've really tried a lot, but only dancing gives me the most pleasure and has the greatest fitness effect for me.

It's my daily routine now, andbi find it much easier to do all the steps. Noticed my waist toned up little bit in two weeks. No weight reduce though

I started last month 22nd (sep) today I checked my weight and lost 3 kg weight with your excercise and partial fasting. Sooo happy for you.😊 what I felt that when I was doing your excercise throughout day I am so active, having enough sleep and everything I am able to do on time.
