For those that never had this before, the dipping sauce is usually tangy and slightly citrus with a little spice to cut through the greasiness and starchiness of the omelette. Some places serve a less starchy version, the typical omelette. However, in Taiwan a sweeter sauce is used instead. If I'm not wrong it usually contains a hint of plum.

My idea of a perfect dish would be potstickers inside deep fried spring rolls, then made into an omelette and enclosed in a pancake, then put into a taco and placed on a pizza, then layered into a cake, cut into slices, each slice coated in a batter, deep fried and served on a bed of lettuce because I am on a diet.

My God, 1 big Rice flour Omlelette with about 4 Oyster's, your kidding me. No way I would except this unless there were triple the Oysters, that's why it's called an Oyster Omlette. This is a Simple Omlette minus minus Oysters or fresh herbs to compliment.
