This is the eons old big guy vs little guy fight. If the big guy gets ahold of the little guy, the little guys getting ragdolled. Nearly all of Peter's advantages disappear the moment KingPin gets ahold of him. As long as Peter keeps his distance the Kingpin can't use Peter's face to remove any concrete walls. Peter speed and strength mean almost nothing if you can't touch the ground or get a shot off with his web shooters.

A couple of things I would like to say. If Superman can bench press the Earth for days, he would have to really really hold back for Batman to survive an attack from him. There is also no way that Batman should be able to sneak around Superman. And lastly, besides Spider-Man, there are quite a few heroes more agile than Daredevil such as Nightcrawler, Black Panther, Beast and a few others that surpass human limits for agility.

So here’s a scenario that’s most likely to happen. If Batman knows daredevils existence, he’d be prepared to beat him. If Batman knows daredevils existence but didn’t have that prep time, he’d still be able to beat him knowing his weaknesses at hand. So finally, if Batman was dropped by a portal and he and daredevil fought, it be super close but as mentioned, Batman would learn that daredevil is blind and would figure out how daredevil is ‘seeing’ things. He’s pop some loud speakers to distract daredevil and with only a seconds worth of a window, he’d barely beat daredevil. Cuz daredevil isn’t weak by any means. So it’s a difficult win but Batman will walk away injured. That’s the best scenario for daredevil in general. Second best for him is an early escape but with some wounds. But if daredevil did this, he ain’t winning the second round.

They fought to a standstill in the crossovers... DC typically overpowers thier characters, so It's more like writer's preferance.. In Batman's case, they always say "Prep Time" and of course, Batman can figure out DD's hypersensitive to loud noises. Hand to hand it's been equal. The Bullseye referance was Marvel kissing DC's ass cause DC was more popular at the time. I bet if they did a crossover now, DC would have to concied a bit more since Marvel is bigger. Lastly, as a long time DD fan (35+ years)... we like him because he's vulnerable. Besides, all Batman has to do is set off the sprinklers and Daredevil's sonar is practically useless. Batman could also pull a vial of butanoic acid out of his utility belt, break it in front of Daredevil and Daredevil's enhanced sense of smell would leave him utterly incapacitated while he uncontrollably pukes his guts up.

Does OP know there’s an entire Batman/daredevil crossover comic he could refer to? I don’t think they’ve read daredevil comics past a wiki and respect/feats thread. DD, in the comics, is a lot more capable than this video leads on, and the vid doesn’t do the true extent of his powers/skill justice.

Mm, no. Disagree. I have that crossover comic you mentioned. It was Marvel vs. D.C. circa 1995, and in it Batman flattens Bullseye, who collapses at Batman’s feet, mumbling that Batman hits even harder than Daredevil, before blacking out. Not “is better”. just “hits harder”. Probably because of the size and weight difference. Daredevil 6” 200 pounds; Batman 6”3 210 pounds. There is way too much overstatement and exaggeration with regards to fictional characters like these two these days. Words mean things, they have actual definitions. Like the word “superhuman”, which strictly speaking, neither of these characters is, if we set aside Daredevil’s hypersenses. They are both highly and extremely well trained human athletes and fighters, with additional skills and weapons, who move in the superheroic communities of their respective universes, and frequently take on opponents more powerful than themselves, but they are NOT superhumans, which is partly what made their adventures so compelling to read. And of course, the whims of the writers come into play too, determining how the characters are portrayed. That time when Daredevil took on the Hulk? Yeah, that was I think in the late 70s or early 80’s, and Daredevil wound up hospitalised for about a month. And that’s only because the Hulk chose to leave, not because of Daredevil’s fighting ability. A similar thing happened when Batman fought the Predator for the first time, not to even talk about the outcome of his first encounter with Bane. Daredevil’s fighting style combines boxing, karate, ninjitsu and gymnastics. His weapon of choice is a modified billy club, not a “baton”. He is, as far as fighting skill and agility are concerned, in a the same or similar class as characters like Shang Chi, Captain America, Iron Fist, Spider-Man, the Black Panther, Hawkeye, Karnak, the Red Wolf, the Black Widow, the White Tiger, the Red Guardian, the Black Cat, Hellcat, Mockingbird, Moon Knight and others like that. Batman’s fighting style blends elements of every martial art known to man, which, depending on which writer is telling the story, he is either a master of, or a least a skilled practitioner of. So this would include boxing, judo, jujitsu, karate, taekwondo, aikido, savate, wrestling, wu shu, Krav Maga, to name just a few. These writers sometimes overlook how long it would take to become proficient in even three of these disciplines, let alone all of them. It’s irritating how much people let their fanboy/girl idolatry run away with them. Batman is in the same or similar class in his universe, as characters like Wildcat, Bronze Tiger, Green Arrow, Nightwing, Black Canary, Catwoman, Richard Dragon, Blue Beetle II, Judomaster, Karate Kid, Katana, the Huntress, and others like that as far as fighting skill and agility are concerned. This video grossly overstates these characters abilities and misrepresents aspects of their appeal. Saying “not even close” is erroneous and untrue. Giving it to Batman just like that reveals a bad case of Batmanfanboyitis, ha ha. It would be a lot closer than you think. In order for Batman to be able to pull off feats close to what Captain America can do, he (Batman) would have to be artificially augmented or chemically enhanced in some way. See Batman:Venom for a look at why he does that and how it turns out for him. Not good. By the way, DC an Marvel did two more crossovers with Batman and Daredevil in the late 90s, both good reads if you can find them. Peace.

Batman & Captain America by John Byrne and DC vs. Marvel: they fought each other twice. With Batman winning the first and the second going to a draw. The comic that you are referring to where he fights "Bullseye" is called Daredevil/Batman: Eye for an Eye by D.G. Chichester published in 1997. In that comic Batman and Daredevil did fight but in the middle of the fight decided that it was in both their best interests to work together to stop Two-Face and Mr. Hyde. At the end of that comic Bruce Wayne did tell Matt Murdock "Don't come to Gotham Murdock." and Matt responds by saying "Why Mr. Wayne, are you daring me?" with a smile on his face.

Back in the '90s, Marvel vs. DC showed that Batman could actually beat Captain America. My only gripe about that was that they could've made a four-issue Cap vs. Batman, instead of the 2 panels they had at the end.

One of my favorite comments on Marvel VS DC ever has always been: "Marvel is men struggling to be gods, and DC is gods struggling to be men." Marvel is much less OP across their entire roster, and that's okay. DC is often far less concerned with making power levels believable and much more interested in how the things these god-like heroes go through effects them on personal, emotional, and psychological levels. Marvel on the other hand is much more concerned with how these heroes react when their power, as great as it is, isn't enough. Both are good and the nuance is subtle, but very much there.

There are some very specific key abilities that Daredevil has that are overlooked regularly. His ability to determine if someone is lying by sensing a rapid heartbeat, breathing and perspiration. Shifts in a person's weight during a fight, the ability to sense atmospheric changes due to his enhanced sense of feeling. His enhanced sense of touch, hearing and smell. None of which Batman possess.

That fight with the Hulk is even more impressive when you realize he was able to locate and hit nerve clusters in the Hulk thick body and hurt him.

Batman beat Hulk too using a sleeping gas and jump kicking him in the solar plexus when Hulk held his breath causing Hulk to inhale the gas and pass out.

Great video but I just don’t think it’ll go down like that. DD has been shown multiple times to be able to deafen himself and rely on airpressure to sense things to avoid the effects of the sonic attacks and just like you said, DD alreayd knows what’s on Batman’s hip before Batman uses it. And DD will know he has sonic bombs before Batman even figures out the dude is blind so he’ll have even more time to prep. I think after a long hard fought battle Batman wins simply by outsmarting him. Bc that’s the one thing you forgot to mention is that the bat is extremely smart. So he will eventually outsmart DD no matter how long the fight goes on. But to say Batman just wins by throwing a sonic bomb on the ground, I feel like it’s doing DD injustice. And ik DD has been caught with the sonic bombs before in previous comics but obv we are using both DD and Batman’s Peak base forms. So both fighters will already be aware of their weaknesses since they’ve been exploited by them in past fights. But Batman wins fs. It won’t be a cake walk tho.

Wait hold on... If we're talking DareDevil, you have to include his recent arc with The Fist. The Fist was a permanent upgrade for him. He's at a level now to where he could handle legit superhumans like US Agent. So with Batman and Daredevil being in somewhat the same caliber pre The Fist, currently he would overpower Bruce physically.

Batman would probably win, but the transitive property doesn't apply to fighting. It's all about matchups ie. Paper defeats rock, yet rock defeats scissors. So then that must mean paper defeats scissors? Uh No. So the Bullseye thing is nonsense. In a future Marvel vs DC, Daredevil may defeat the Joker in 5 minutes with the Joker saying Daredevil is a better fighter than Batman.
