I'd love to see a round two of calisthenics vs yoga to see just how much stronger Gabo has gotten, and just how much more mobility Daniel has developed ove these past years

Best advice ever for beginners and intermediate Cali athletes. Now in my early 50' s should I get back in time I'd do utterly otherwise to what I've done in my early practice years. Not that I got myself on the verge of njury but instead I'd pace my training, be patient and wouldn't take steps I'm not ready for yet. Daniel is a gold mine of motivation, wisdom and lead by example. Watching the vid in installments. Enjoying it that very much. Getting back to it now.

what daniel says at around 11:00 about mobily vs strength. It can be seen in simple movements like pullups, you cannot expect to do huge numbers of reps when going through full range of motion, complete lockout and controlled pace. very true

My mistake was doing Full ROM without many mobility knowledge, Injuring my shoulder. Worst feeling ever, leaning towards my shoulder hurt. Anyone want to go calisthenics, make sure to add mobility exercises as well. Best move and investment.
