Ok update, just completed this workout this morning. It was fantastic, I had a little trouble with dolphin pose transitioning into push up.Also wanted to tell you the audio and camera is amazing . You can definitely tell the difference! Thanks Daniela!

Possibly need a bit more vocals to explain exercises so we get the correct technique, possibly hints and tips at the beginning of each exercise

Might help to keep things more concise at the beginning - I didn't end up watching - makes sense to want to connect with audience so could do that at the end.
