This is my second day doing this video. I can only make it through 15min of the video. I plan on doing this everyday until I can push through the whole thing. I love this workout because it challenges me and I feel it the next day, so I know it’s working.

I really like this workout! I’m struggling somewhat,( I’m 62, female) but I pause video and do each exercise slower, I can’t keep up....I would like to suggest perhaps a video with proper breathing and form, slower paced, etc.

I love this! I am doing this while doing my home quarantine. I am a asymptomatic covid patient but I do this as my excercise to make me sweat to the max while on a steam inhalation and to boost my immune system. Keep doing this!! I love it!! Thank you so much ❤🥺

I really liked this workout. It is truly beginner friendly, I was able to do all exercises without pausing:) (But it was still quite challenging, my heart was racing very fast). I will come again, hopefully I will be able to do this at least 4 times a week:) Thank you very much!

I did my little New Year resolution to work out like 2-3 times a week (and more if I feel like it) and I chose you as my first guide and I just finished my first work out based on this video and I'm dying! Hey y'all I just wanna say that it's okay if you need to replace or adjust some of the exercises she has in the video. Don't let the toughness discourage you!! We all got this 💪! I found the crunches very difficult so I went to an easier position, I also took breaks in between my planks. Start off where you feel comfortable than work your way up, you got this!

Lau rena , I’m 62, I am struggling also, I can do everything ( except jumping jacks) the other exercises I can do but much slower. I do this every other day. I do just the first half, I’ll work up to do the whole video in due time.

It is my first time ever working out....I was thinking that I am becoming fat so my friend gave me link of this video nd I am so thankful to her....This really is amazing nd easy although not for me....Cuz I am trying this for the first time in my life....Nd I could hardly only make it to 13-14 min nd now all of my body is hurting like hell as my body is stressed so much......but now I am not going to give up nd I hope I will at least reach 15 min tomorrow....BTW Can u recommend me some tips??it will be really helpful to me....

Hi :) I'm so happy you decided to start working out! you are going to feel amazing I promise! It's normal to only be able to do a part of the workout if it's your first time! Like anything in life, we must be patient and kind to ourselves. The first step is the most important: just start! Try to workout 3 times a week to start and do your best, you can take little breaks if needed! ok, so I started it today. I will update everyday. also, who hates jumping jacks like me? damn, it fades all my energy. day 1: I did all good till 15:02. but when I got to the floor I wasn't able to move my arms. and I'm writing it hardly rn. It's like my arms shaking and feels broken. my neck also hurts. I just feel exhausted as hell. I'm sure it will get better tmrw. I haven't been exercising for 2 months.
