Great videos! I think adding some voice over (which you can do with voice memos on your phone or the audacity app) would make them easier to follow. Having to break my breathing and look for the screen interrupts the flow. Something like “from downward dog, we are going to bring our right foot forward for a low lung.”

Yesss so I have some videos with voiceovers but there’s also a lot of people who want to just relax and not have any voiceovers so I’m trying to find a balance to do a few without and a few with 🙂🙏🏼
