Ok but as someone who took four years of graphic design classes, you DO need a brand guide. Specifically, you need ME to make you a brand guide. Please, I need to know that everything I've learned about kerning, color theory, target audiences and the rule of thirds was worth something.

What’s a brand guide?
@cupriferouscatalyst37082 жыл бұрын
@@moonshineaudios5740 it's a document of rules you use to keep branding consistent, such as "this is the font we always use for headlines", "only put our logo on black and white photos", "stick to two of these four specific colors if you're making pamphlets or flyers for us", etc. These days they also include social media guides like "each tweet from our profile should end with one of these emojis", "only share posts that use this specific hashtag" and language guidelines like which type of slang they can or cannot use when commenting from an official account.

As a fellow graphic designer, what you know is useful and needed. It's just that convincing clients not only of that but that we deserve a livable wage for our skill is the hardest part on top of them respecting we're not jack of all trades. I feel it’s very vital to point out that most celebrity women who shave their head do it because their hairdressers never let them go anywhere or do anything without getting their hair touched-up, or having it look nice for the cameras. Any person would shave their hair off if people were touching it so often, and being so controlling of it. It sounds annoying, draining, and even detrimental. I think it was either Britney or Taylor Swift who was interviewed, and she mentioned that was the reason why she shaved it all off. The older I get, the more their “meltdowns” seem more reasonable, as journalists and the public make female celebrities seem insane, crazy, and mentally ill.

@AuDHDarling2 жыл бұрын
@@muhammaddarwish1531 , it's pretty common to see people mocked for mental health issues. I had to stop following a few KZbinrs that I used to respect and enjoy because they've started doing commentary on Demi Lovato and how "crazy" and "weird" they are now. Demi Lovato has bipolar II and has become obsessed with extraterrestrials or aliens. It seems like it could be related to their bipolar because it's not uncommon for people in manic phases to have intense fantasies or delusions that they confuse with reality. A lot of Demi's "fans" and people in the industry are encouraging this because it's entertaining to see a famous person talk about aliens. And then KZbinrs make videos talking about how crazy Demi is, not from a "we need to help them" perspective but a "let's all laugh at them" perspective. History is repeating itself, because this is what happens to us (people with mental health conditions). We are mocked.

@Kelsey Williams That plus the terrible way celebrities are treated in general. They're seen less as people and more as characters or objects. Just the fact that even if he's bragging that hey I was in control of all these paparazzi who were harassing Britney Spears 24/7 when she was going through a extremely hard time in her life. Which isn't something to be proud of and instead of saying she was going through a hard time in her life he says she was" going crazy and having to melt down and fighting people" It's like she was going through a very public divorce a very public child custody case she was suffering from postpartum depression after having her kids and all the tabloids were saying she was a bad mom and that her kids should be taken away from her. And the people who should have been there for her during that time to be with her were scheming behind her back to put her in a conservatorship to control her and steal her money and take away all rights to her body which ended up being a 13-year conservatorship that was physically and emotionally abusive to her. And on top of all that she had 100 paparazzi surrounding her every time she left her house and she even stated she didn't like staying in her house because she didn't want to be at home because her kids weren't there And he's talking about it like it's something to be proud of like it's an accomplishment. I totally believe that Kim Kardashian and Sheeraz “REALLY worked together…for a while…” That sounded so genuine, like she knows who he is and he had a really meaningful impact on her career success. Definitely not just saying that so he’d go away. Real connection there.

I got a weird vibe from that guy.. I felt like there were some very misogynistic undertones there. For whatever reason almost all the people he claims to have "made famous" were women. He also started out by alleging that he knows of so many celebrities that "got famous by sleeping with people," which is definitely something women are accused of doing for "fame" and careers all the time, regardless of the industries they are in. Nothing that he claims to have done sits right with me at all.. He is beyond sketchy.

honey he is that uncle at every indian family gathering who shits on celebs and western influence as soon as you start talking anything remotely about movies, meanwhile still ogling at those actresses.

Some women do get famous for that but many have actual talents. Unfortunately we live in a society where ppl pay attention to women the most when they're being sexual.

YOU CAN ALSO CHOOSE TO REJECT JESUS' GIFT/SACRIFICE & PAY FOR YOUR OWN SIN WITH DEATH (HELL) BUT THAT SEEMS PRETTY FOOLISH! GOD SEES & HEARS EVERYTHING YOU HAVE SAID & DONE. YOU WONT WIN AN ARGUMENT WITH HIM & YOU CANT DEFEND ANY OF YOUR SINS TO HIM. YOU'RE NOT A GOOD PERSON, I'M NOT A GOOD PERSON... ONLY GOD IS GOOD! WE'RE ALL GUILTY WITHOUT ACCEPTING JESUS' SACRIFICE FOR OUR SINS! STOP WORSHIPING THESE PEOPLE! JESUS CHRIST ALONE DIED FOR YOUR SINS & WAS RESURRECTED FROM THE GRAVE! HE IS ALIVE & COMING BACK VERY SOON WITH JUDGEMENT (THESE ARE END TIMES)! PREPARE YOURSELVES, TURN FROM SIN & RUN TO JESUS! HE KNOWS YOUR PAIN & TROUBLES, HE WANTS TO HEAL & RESTORE YOU! TALK TO HIM LIKE A BEST FRIEND! HE LONGS FOR YOU TO INVITE HIM IN, HE LOVES YOU MORE THAN ANY PERSON EVER COULD, HE CREATED YOU! Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."-John 14:6 "But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven."-Matthew 10:33 “For the wages of sin is death (hell), but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord”-Romans 6:23
