Sorry, I don't think you were being very objective Mate. The OP6 consistantly had better dynamic range. In fact the OP6 was doing it with more saturated colours, which should've resulted in less information & data being retained. The iPhone was just crushing shadows, shot after shot, to bring down highlights. Anyway, it's no brainer unless your an Apple fanboy. A phone costing less than half and standing toe to toe is fantastic.

Dennis Schmitz I've noticed the same mate.. People tend to think that brighter images equals better images. Even I used to think that way until only recently when I started taking photography seriously. Clipped highlights cannot be recovered in post.

ATW Tech - Alpha R2 What are you talking about? Ipx's audio is barely audible which is monumentally worse than anything. To make ipx's video audible so basically usable you have to edit it which is unacceptable. OP6 wins by a huge margin when it comes to audio with the front facing camera.

Thanks Danny! This is a great comparison! Also appreciate the fact that you mentioned the opportunity to use manual, but everything being shot on auto. I know some folks that do use manual, but I'm chasing two young boys, no time for all that. :) Same reason I don't do any post work. That said, I have to agree with a lot of other posters. There was some back and forth overall but, when you consider value, the OP6 really nailed it this time. Now you won't get IPX users to agree with that, but they bought an IPX so I don't know that they appreciate value the same way.

The OnePlus is almost there, video stabilization seems better, sound is 10x better. Images are all really close, I was about 75% iPhone vs 25% OnePlus. You are bang on with the $$$, if buying based on camera performance, iPhone price tag makes OnePlus better buy.

I would say, if you like android more than iOS and/or dont want to spend 1000 bucks, go for the Oneplus. If you like the iphone X and IOS go with that. The camera is in my opinion not the deciding factor between these two. Seems like two great phones overall.

The op6 washes your face out a bit on the front cam. I don’t understand why everyone’s audio in iPhone videos are so low. I’ve never had that issue and literally everyone I’ve met with one hasn’t had this issue.
