I love this. I’m realizing from reading comments on these videos and others online that some people watch but don’t attempt. I wonder if you might talk a bit about the all-or -nothing mentality. People think you should do 20, 30, 45 minutes, but don’t want to. They see this 7 minute option and it’s not long enough to match their idea. But like you said, it’s a lot better than nothing and could change your life! The psychology to self-sabotage is a delicate thing!! Love this video girl. Thanks! 😘

I too have questions regarding this topic! I think a lot of people don’t move because they allow themselves to get in their own way…maybe it’s fear or lack of motivation? These people haven’t yet realized the MAGIC of movement and how powerful it can be. I try to always be encouraging and I say so often that PRACTICE MAKES PROGRESS! It’s not about perfection…it’s about committing to loving yourself and taking care of yourself through movement…everyone deserves to feel the magic that good movement causes!

This is a perfect quick sculpting, and even though I don’t want to hear that I can’t out exercise poor nutrition, it is good for me to keep in mind so I can fuel my body properly. That said, my sweet tooth rages on:)

I started the challenge today. It did go past really fast! I can feel it is really effective but having followed your classes for almost 3 months regularly, this was not as difficult as I was afraid when I saw the word challenge in the title!

Make sure you aren't JUST doing this workout. If you typically do a longer workout of mine everyday, keep doing those and then do this one in ADDITION. The idea is to add a little bit more physical activity to your exercise routine each day! xoxo

First day done! Added this challenge to the end of my yoga routine. Is there a trick to the downward dog on toes? It just felt uncomfortable for me (so stuck to traditional downward dog)?
