I just discovered this video and did the workout. My core needs A LOT of work, so I had to modify a few of the exercises, but I appreciate all of the commentary helping me/us through!

Starting the summer slim down challenge! What a great start. Even though it says "beginner" I got such a great workout out of it.
@DansiqueFitness3 жыл бұрын
Exactly...beginner doesn’t necessarily mean EASY! If you’re working hard and correctly, you’ll feel the burn regardless of the level of the workout! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

Hi Desiree, I am loving your workouts. They are the most challenging I have seen yet, and I like to feel graceful as I am working out. You are a lovely graceful model for the exercises. Do you offer girls' beginner ballet courses or can you recommend something online for girls beginning in ballet?
@DansiqueFitness4 жыл бұрын
Aww thank you so much for your love and support! 💖💜❤️ Yes, I may be able to recommend classes for you. Is this for your daughter? Please tell me her age and ballet experience (if any). Feel free to send me an email at dansique.fitness@gmail.com

Hey! I experience a lot of tension behind my neck whenever I've to curl it up for any exercise, even if I'm keeping my hands behind for support
@DansiqueFitness5 жыл бұрын
Ananya Pant I literally JUST filmed a workout addressing this exact issue! It’s a very common thing...either you’re taking tension in the neck to compensate for the lack of sufficient core strength and/or your head and neck placement is wrong. The good news is, the stronger your core gets, the less tension/strain you’ll take in your neck. As far as placement, i like to pretend there’s an apple underneath my chin. That’s about the amount you want your chin tucked. When your hands are behind your head, never tug or pull. Keep elbows wide. Hope this helps! Stay tuned for my upcoming “No Pain In The Neck Ab Workout!” 🙌🏼😘💕

@dansique can u please suggest what should we have before perfoming any of your workout..as i prefer doing it in d morning empty stomach..bt i feel low energy so what can i have to start any workout..
@ijwd4245 жыл бұрын
You should have something light with a lot of energy (carbs!). Bananas are excellent before exercising. I've also heard Greek yoghurt is good but for me personally it would be too "heavy" before exercising (I like eating it afterwards). Nuts and other fruits are also great

Hello! I'm here finishing day 6! I was wondering how can I fix this when doing abs exercises that require lifting the head I have two situations: 1) I don't feel strain on the neck and i feel my core working but I do feel it a bit on my back, is that normal? 2) When I do lower abs exercises I can lift my head without strain but when I go abs crunches it bicycle crunches, I do feel a bit of a strain on my neck.

Neck pain is super common...I actually made a quick informative video about this that I’ll link below! Make sure you’re always “imprinting” your spine...meaning, when you’re in a crunched up position, you’re back is pressing into the floor...if you have a slight arch in the back, that could absolutely cause back discomfort. Hope this helps. Keep me posted! kzbin.info/www/bejne/qIukh3lvmtGpoNU
