I remember having a dream where I was Pink, I wasn't allowed to talk to lower life forms except my Pearl and the Diamonds were so controlling, then White always turned up in her ship when I went to visit Earth every time I did something wrong, I got put in a punishment room and couldn't come out for a while. Then three times, the Diamonds kept getting controlled by White. This was before I watched Change Your Mind or anything to do with the Diamonds as I had only seen Yellow and Blue. White's image was actually similar to my dream image and I couldn't believe it when Change Your Mind turned out to be very similar to my dream. That's the reason I still love Pink over the Spinel fiasco, I've felt her pain. I know what she feels like and why she abandoned Spinel. The real reason is she wanted to be grown up so bad and get a colony, and act like the other Diamonds as she couldn't help being childish. She wanted to change that and did a very good deed by leaving Spinel instead of breaking her emotionally. Spinel would have been shattered if the Diamonds saw she was no longer needed by Pink, so Pink did a good thing.

Considering Pink is as far as we know the only Diamond White gave a pet name to, I wouldn't be surprised if they at least had a complex relationship. The sad part about all of this is this is probably how their relationship is going to be like white manipulated pink into believing nobody cares about her at all and that she was the only one who did and she probably had this mental delusion that link was here and wanted her to believe she was the only person who cares enough to keep her safe and used brutal force to threaten her if she tried to leave and made her too scared to even speak back to her that would explain why pink never mentioned white and maybe why she believed yellow and blue never really loved her and also why she had this sense of self loathing to her.

This is well-drawn and well animated. I hope you do a continuation to this, maybe include blue and yellow. It would make sense they convinced white to let pink have her own colony as a way to get her away from this. Or maybe her insistence on getting more responsibility was just a cover to get as far away from White as possible.
