Those are cherry angiomas....I’m plastered in them head to toes. Now my father was covered in them too! So I do think there could be a genetic component. I became covered in them probably starting at puberty. Very young. Since about age 12. I believe I had undiagnosed pcos. Irregular heavy periods, chin hair had to pluck strays throughout high school, heavy periods, cystic breasts. Fed only processed food growing up. I did have three kids no intervention but I think because when I met my husband he grew up eating whole foods and o started to eat better. I should add I was skinny not overweight til pregnancies. Anyways I hate those things. Got some Zapped but so expensive and when you literally have a million what is the point? Anyways low carb IF with regular periods first time in my ,ice at age 46-47! Ever too late. No more cystic breasts or plucking! Thank you Dr Berg

I saw a very famous Chinese Dr. and he said that cherry angiomas are a problem in America. He said they are caused by too much estrogen and to stop using so much plastic, no microwave, no cooking in anything plastic, and no processed food. Said it was precursor to cancer. I had about 10 to 15 on chest and torso, cut all of those things out and they disappeared completely. Now 2 have come back.

Dr Berg can you make a video on the healthiest alcohol to drink. Hard stuff like vodka and scotch has no carbs, but wine is full of nutrients and antioxidants. If someone was going to drink alcohol, what would be the healthiest from your stand point?

Have those on my left arm. My dermatologist said it is sun damage, consistent with someone in their fifties. White spots do not feel rough or different than surrounding skin. Solution, long sleeves or sun screen.

Exactly. You're stressing your body out more. Women cannot do keto all month long you HAVE to carb load week before your period. I eat mainly meat and fruit. You have to have sucrose otherwise your body turns protein into sugar.....not good.

Doctor, I'm suffering from macular amyloidosis since, last 13 years and as a result my full arm and back is turning black in rippled pattern pigmentation. Please please please🙏 suggest how to cure it. I believe that your suggestions will help me get out of this chronic condition.

This video has just come a week after a mark appeared on my face. And I have been trying to scratch it off. I do have high stress with clinical anxiety. But my eating is poor at the moment with no energy from chronic fatigue syndrome and no motivation whatsoever with long term mental health. I feel unable to do any diet.

Start with some vitamins, i know this hard but you must after 13 years in chronic pain, i decided to finally try vitamins, its making such a huge difference in mind body and pain. I started with vitamin d3, vitb12, turmeric capsules and black elderberry, zero sugar, and zero tomatoes, it takes at least a week, then a month to really transform and feel better. Give it ago, what else do you have to do. 💙😎💙
