This is EXACTLY why judges do NOT want people to defend themselves. It’s clear he does not have a clear understanding of the law and doesn’t seem to comprehend that it is not the judges job to give him advice or tell him HOW the laws work. At the very least he can hire a lawyer or get a public defender to assist him with defending himself but he thinks he is a know-it-all
@jtaf4888

It’s not (just that) but I think his reasoning was that he felt a P.Defender would not fight as hard as he wanted to. (Which they wouldn’t have as Public Defenders suck as we all know!~😮they don’t care & get paid all the same regardless) …Don’t get me wrong I’m glad this POS has been sentenced but just saying I don’t think it’s a case of him thinking he knows it all. @NurseRNjennnnnnnn that's true, he was trying desperately to create so much chaos and disorder so that the trial would go off the rails, and the judg would vibe forced to declare a mistral, or maybe one of the prosecutors, the judge, or even one of the witnesses would lose their cool and say or do something out if frustration, make a crucial mistake or faux pas, and give him a solid case for appeal. What he didn't count on or even consider wad the patience, temperance, and sheer fortitude of a strong woman judge and women prosecutors. That made him even more angry, and it was so much fun watching him throw his childish tantrums😅

Well, she can't recommend that he be disbarred for misconduct because he's NOT a lawyer. She is giving him the fairest chance he'll get to a balanced trial seeing that he's representing himself, so there will be no appeal verdict of merit. That judge is hemming him into a box and he's beginning to realize it.
@youtubemusicowesmemoney8470
@youtubemusicowesmemoney8470 2 жыл бұрын
@Peace of God Spot on! When he does appeal, every argument he will bring up, she's already negated. No misconduct, no bias, no unfair rulings, as he's being given every opportunity to defend himself and he instead grabs his shovel and digs deeper. The question is: when this goes to the appellate court, is he going to try defending his own appeal? Acting up in the appeal could tack years onto his final verdict, the judicial system doesn't like fools threatening judges, prosecutors, and jurors- he could end up walking into a real buzz saw that could get him delivered to a super max instead of vanilla federal prison!
