@@beckydoesit9331What a ridiculous comment. Please explain. If you can . How did Darrell. Rooks NOT receive a fair trial? I’m seriously interested in your answer. Thank you.

@@beverleyferguson8942 Well, he was rushed to judgement numerous times, they never proved subject matter jurisdiction and never established who the plaintiff was. I mean, a defendant has a right to face his accuser, but they never brought out anyone who had filed a complaint in the matter. Further, one witness said there was a hispanic male driving the car. So, conflicting reports should have been an easy acquittal. The way they did him was wrong.

He knew he was doing life, but he killed innocent women and children so he had to put on this show to get points amongst other inmates. No one should be allowed to defend themselves without standby counsel. This was a an act that made a mockery of our court system. He treated this entire process as a game

He doesn’t understand and yet refuses a lawyer 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ he didn’t want shackled ankles because he didn’t want to look like he was being detained…so he shows up in prison orange. I understand due process is a must… but this is ridiculous. Between this case and the Parkland shooter trial, both of which are guilty without a single thread of doubt, I feel like we have given the criminals more respect, caring, and assistance than the victims and their families.

The Parkland trial is for sentencing only and it has succeeded in showing us that Nikolas Cruz is not a poor sad thing, that he is a dangerous and calculated mass murderer without any mitigating factors.

@andrea orsmond Yes & he shouldn't be allowed to use the First Amendment or any other Amendment since he's a sovereign citizen & the laws don't apply to him. He uses them a lot all through this trial. He sent his attorneys away & it's not her job to explain the law to him because she would be acting as his attorney. The advice she gives him could cause a mistrial or him winning at an appeal. He just doesn't know when to shut up! He defies her at every step of this process. He's so childish & doesn't want to sit down because she told him too. I hate that man!

Criminals should have to take a small bar like test before they are allowed to represent themselves, not for their own benefit but for the sanity of the families, jury, judge, witnesses and respect for the court. This HURTS to watch.
