Gay people have all the rights everybody else has and do not need anymore, but if you think they are not still bullied, you have no idea. I have two gay men in my family... one 30 and one 21. My best friend has a gay son and a gay daughter. All 4 were bullied awfully...just as bad as people were when I wax in school in the 80s (I will say with shame that I probably bullied gay people at school). The 21 year old is still bullied at his bar job by customers because we live in a working class area, not a metropolitan city. Just like Darren did when he was young. Darren is correct about (he doesn't use the phrase) "energy poverty" - where people can't afford to pay for heating in winter. This is because the "environmental generation utilities" that supply the energy are not cost efficient e.g. no wind = no power, no sun = no power, so you have to change the energy grid, stop and start traditional power stations etc etc...

It is far worse than you can imagine, or maybe you know... The very reason they go for 'Green' , 'Renewables' is actually nonsense. An Australian professor did the math and worked out that the Carbon footprint for wind and solar was higher than what they would save. Nuclear will go Carbon negative, unlike the 'green' options that will be positive by the time they are ready to be decommissioned ... Not to mention they are not good for the Grid , Wind caused a Grid meltdown in Australia in years gone by...
