Any time you pull the lever to raise the bed you always look at your situation as a whole, especially the many wires he was under the entire time they were on the street. Ryan will get a hefty bill for that loss of service. Don't think that two AT&T trucks, a Spectrum truck shows up after hours doesn't come with out a price tag. No matter how much was done/completed in his yard, the bill is coming.

My responsibilities as a supervisor and lead employee was to give estimates, make a daily schedule, make sure all trucks had all equipment on them ,and I can state that YOU SIR are a saint! It's generally a good idea to add acid to water instead of adding water to acid. A formula or good recipe could save you some time messing around with trial and error each time. Love the videos, keep up the great work!

Add Acid to Water not the other way around. It is a safety thing. By adding water to acid, you can actually cause the solution to flash boil, and then it blows out the container spraying boiling hot concentrated acid all over you. Please, for safety's sake! Do not put the acid in the container first again.

Great video all the way around. Cost of diesel gas in the Midwest, unexpected delays due to weather, alternative plan to do your landscaping but sadly will cost you to restore your neighbors cable lines. Not money perhaps but maybe a little good will. You handles the frustration and set backs like a good leader. Great example for young men to see. I especially liked how you cleaned the kitchen floor being sure to explain your wife would be upset if she came in to see the dirt and then you would be lonely haha. Ryan. Absolutely love your channel/videos and the quality of your work and character. I have an extensive background in residential/civil construction and telecommunications contracting, a workplace injury due to co-workers who were substance affected, whole lot of study later and now train occupational first aid and work health and safety courses. There is a point where you have to understand that Daryl as nice and well meaning he is a potential liability. I know you treat your guys like family but you are risking your reputation and your own families well being. The incidents with the salter and nearly taking out that car, sleeping in the truck and this would and should be instant dismissals. I don't want the guy to lose his livelihood, it's pretty obvious he isn't adequately trained and qualified and even more glaring is turning up to work in a state that isn't fit for the duties he has to perform. If he's up late drinking or on the devils lettuce he has no place operating machinery or driving trucks. That's how people get injured or even worse killed on worksites. Respectfully mate.

Wow you remind me so much of my ex boss Marc who was a contractor who did spas And BBQ islands. Used to go to church with him and one day I asked him for a job while doing a tile job at church that he was in charge of.he hired me right away. Best 5 yrs of work I ever had. So much knowledge but super hard work digging ditches doing concrete stucco landscaping electrical plumbing painting acid staining basically doing EVERYTHING!. I get flashbacks when you take a guy with you to do another job. I was his diver and guy for the fast Lane for the 2hr drive from Riverside CA to San Diego because we lived in the same neighborhood Got paid 12 bucks an hr from about 2010 to about 2015.

I know you use acid on a regular basis, but you should talk about safety when using acid. Muriatic acid is just another term for Hydrochloric acid. Acids are dangerous to mix with other liquids. You ALWAYS want to make sure to mix the acid into another liquid. Never the other way around. Depending on the acid being used, you can cause bubbling, burping, and even explosive reactions due to the acid causing an immediate reaction. Also love the music as always. For your cracked dry hands get a product called Udderly Smooth, I’m an ACI field testing technician for the Ohio Dept. of Transportation, and hate wearing gloves, this stuff works. I use it after a long day of testing concrete. Thanks for the tips on sealing stamped concrete.

bet Darryl was on his phone when he tore down the wires and then tries to blame Eric for it. smh I have a feeling Ryan will regret bring Darryl back before too long if not already. love to know what that will cost Ryan? a guy down the street from me was trimming his tree and ripped down the cable wire they charge him not only the cost of putting it back up but also for everyone's lost service. he was lucky his homeowner's insurance paid for his dumb mistake. employees don't realize how much something like that can end up costing their company.

Me and my wife bought our first home off the court house steps…it was a foreclosure and a condemn. So we thought we knew what we were getting into…we decided to do a huge addition adding an entire master sweet with master bath. Lol! Holy moly it was expensive.

The electric striker i've only really scene it used with more liquid mixes the stuff you use seems little more stiff for the electric but it could just be the pan.

Well, unfortunately Ryan k ows exactly what kind of guy he is and has rehired him several times, for what ever reason. It's just so frustrating to see, and to see everyone else thinking he's so cute, funny and a great guy. He not only rubs me the wrong way, but costs Ryan so much money, time and high blood pressure.

I know this is an old video, but I've been on a re-watching binge. Ryan, have you ever tried using liquid bandage, liquid tape, or even super glue on those annoying cuts on your hands? I work in Aviation and have to deal with cuts on my hands while using chemicals that sting open cuts. I usually use a liquid bandage or super glue on them as a layer of protection. Hope you guys have a great year this year, and I know you'll power through any financial hurdles that come your way.
