A US Army engineer who did two deployments in Iraq, in 2016 Kristin was assigned to apply a data scientist’s tools and training to better understand the Army’s million-plus employees. Eight years later, she has written a book that every HR executive and senior leader of a Fortune 500 company can find value in reading. How should HR professionals really use data analytics and AI tools at scale to improve their employee experience and talent management?
