Guilty. I married a hot fitness instructor 7 years younger than me with more red flags than a Chinese communist parade. She rushed me into eloping with her, and I found out why too late. My advice is date a woman long enough to see her at her worst because she can’t keep up the facade forever.

Sound advice. Much of this comes down to establishing a frame that you’re testing her to see if she’s worth your time… and take your time with that. Allow her to chase you. That’s what she really wants, anyway.

Correct! From my own experience on a few points you raised: women can see right through us and know when you are not genuine, trying too hard, or flaunting your wealth (credit?). Women who are interested genuinely don't care about those things. Are you respectful, smart, funny, healthy, and authentic-she'll know, so don't fake it. Being real matters. In terms of when sex gets initiated, so many factors but after a 3rd date is a minimum-better if longer, trust me on this one, wink wink! Females do the selecting when it comes to breeding in the natural world, so same applies to us humans. Consent, consent, consent from her is so important and it behooves us to have hers. Kudos John-you did your research.

If you’re looking to get laid and she is, it’s not a loss lol it happens to me on most 1st dates although my intentions were to find a partner. Sometimes I did, other times no. There are so many factors to that. Looks help. But all this is sound advice and I agree.

In Australia we had 3 am lock out laws introduced and that really knocked about the night scene then covid came in and now Australia basically has no night life Anyway what I see is this The woman arrive with well groomed young men and leave with older scruffy looking men My take is woman when in the mood like the idea of being with a savage instead of a normal Joe but for the most part they prefer a regular Joe so they can be the boss it's a strange dynamic but it's true🎉

When trying create conversation and trying to show your interest with a woman (it is common knowledge to not compliment a women on her good looks); However is it alright to compliment woman on her beautiful teeth. For that matter is it okay to compliment anyone on their teeth knowing a lot of people spend a lot on their dental work.

I suggest making your compliments very specific, which will come across authentic. Likely, there is something specific that is prompting that thought anyway. People like getting compliments; I love giving them when my spirit is prompted to give one, but that means it’s an earnest compliment and no some manipulative inroad to getting something else. Exactly. You can’t negotiate attraction and with most men a lot of that attraction is physical - that’s just how we’re wired. Either sex feeling like they compromised on their partner will almost definitely lead to issues on down the road.
